Great that they have Disability Access rooms with balconies and excellent lighting and beautiful views of the New York skyline; everyone is welcome here. The service was excellent, I had 6 wonderful nights here.

We really enjoyed being there and would use them next time. Had great stay by excellent customer service from Ms and the weather was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally kind plus the location was great! It was situated near restaurants and bars.

The hotel is extremely convenient and well-maintained. The excellent customer service provided during our trip was impressive. Guests can easily request extra bedding. We are considering staying here again next year.

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the tube. Besides, easy access to Midtown East. Comfortable bed in suite with a mini fridge, a balcony, and a safe.

We had a very good stay, loved this hotel and would stay here again. It was in a comfortable location with Rockefeller Center nearby.

The hotel was gorgeous and luxurious. The staff was excellent and sincere, offering outstanding services. The property's location was excellent, near Fifth Avenue, Time Square, and all the great Midtown locations. My stay was for 7 nights, and I enjoyed the attached restaurant's good breakfast.

The porters were a little pushy in trying to arrange a limo service.

We stayed here right after Thanksgiving. I prepaid for our queen suite but when we got there they had no queen rooms available. They offered me a $50 food credit which I thought was slightly insulting. We stayed in a double room and then they moved us to a queen room, we never got the room that was already paid for and they did not offer to reimburse me for the change. They also talked me into a $250 ride form the airport which I later found out only cost $75. Was not super impressed with the hotel as a whole. Won’t stay here next time.

Great location but several other hotels on the same street so there are options.

The location of this place is great, just a short distance from the Pulitzer Fountain, and the staff here are all fantastic and genuine.

The location is very good. The room is pleasantly large by NY standards. The bistro is very nice.

WLAN only for a fee. A little dusty.

The staff at The Benjamin Royal Sonesta New York was incredibly nice. The views of the New York skyline were awesome. The restaurant was good for breakfast, as we both ordered amazing dishes. The kettle and lounge were nice additions.

The room was very spacious and the staff was vvery friendly. It's also in a prefect location!

Very comfortable beds. Great view from the balcony. Very good staff. Especially Stephanie from the reception; a true angel.
